SocialScope: The Ultimate Twitter Client For Your BlackBerry

If your a Twitterholic that owns a CrackBerry then you have plenty of reason to celebrate! A company called Ubiquitous Systems has been working on a new twitter client called SocialScope for quite some time now. Well, actually it’s more than just a Twitter client. It also allows you to update your FaceBook status and the company describes their software as “A mobile inbox for your social networks”. SocialScope is by far the most feature rich twitter client for the BlackBerry. It let’s you create custom groups or tabs very similar to the popular desktop client TweetDeck. SocialScope is also made by the same guys who make bit.lify so naturally you will notice a new menu item within your BlackBerry’s built in browser that allows you to post a link to the page you are currently viewing using the popular URL shortening service bit.ly. SocialScope also supports BlackBerry address book integration, twitpic integration, Twitter search, hashtag support, and more! The current beta version is SocialScope Lite and some features such as saving a search as a tab will only be available in the full version.
